Jim the repair went great with Mike at the wheel. He was trouble shooting every aspect based on what I had told him. Although I do have some knowledge of air conditioning units in general, Mike never assumed I knew anything and would explain in detail what may be the problem. They arrived on time and got me going within 45 minutes. Mike did explain what may be the actual problem and further explained the cost if such a repair would be needed. Although I was unable to duplicate the problem I had, Mike did seem to think what it could be and was not pushing to quickly sell the item.
